Bring Your "A" Game to Work According to employers, most young workers come ill-
prepared for the workplace experience. Low
self-esteem, negative attitudes and lack of trust are typical traits that employers see. Students learn job planning and preparation skills, identify job-related interests and skills, increase awareness of employment resources, build skills in applying for a job, increase interviewing skills, and understand attitudes and behaviors important to keeping a job.
